You may purchase a single use bond generally referred to as an ISF BOND.
The ISF bond requirement has been waived for the following types of shipments:
Household Goods/Personal Effects
Government and Military
Diplomatic
Carnets
International Mail
Informal Shipments

ISF 10+2 Penalties
CBP may assess a claim for liquidated damages as follows: $5,000 per late ISF, $5,000 per inaccurate ISF, and $5,000 for the first inaccurate ISF update.
